How do quote requests work?
As soon as we receive a quote request, a member of our sales team will be in touch with information about the products you have selected including prices, estimated lead times and finish options. They will then be your contact for any further information and assist you in any other part of your project should you need it.
How long after placing the order will I get my furniture?
Lead times differ for all manufacturers. As a rough guide furniture takes approximately 6-8 weeks from order to delivery. However some products are available from stock so can be delivered faster. Upholstered items are usually 8-10 weeks but again this can be improved. If delivery times are an issue we can advise of the products with the best lead times.
Our sales team will be able to give you an estimate delivery time when quoting. When we have received your order we will send you an order confirmation with estimated delivery dates within a week. We will remain in touch until your order is delivered with any updates and accurate delivery dates and times.
Do you offer Trade Discounts?
We do offer trade discounts to Interior Designers, Architects and businesses. Please let us know when you request a quote and give us as much information about your project as possible so we can calculate the best price.
How do I place an order?
After you receive a quote from one of our sales team just get back in touch with us and one of our sales team will process your order with you.
Quotations are valid for 30 days.
All orders are subject to our payment terms, further details of which are below, and we will usually require a deposit or full payment in advance to process your order.
We will also require an official purchase order or a signed copy of our Sales Order Confirmation to process your order. When we have received that we will process your order with the manufacturers and advise you of an estimated delivery date within a week.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are usually full pro-forma or 40% deposit payment with order, balance prior to delivery.
Credit account facilities are available for frequent customers. A credit form is available from our accounts department. Please be advised that a full credit check will be conducted.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept BACs transfers and UK Credit Card Payments.
Can I cancel my order?
All our products are made to order so any cancellation has to be made within 3 days and may be subject to a cancellation charge if materials have already been ordered.
Any cancellations after this time will be subject to cancellations charges depending on the quantity and manufacturer. We will be able to advise at time of cancellation.
What do I do if the items arrive damaged?
We will usually deliver and install your products for you. Please ensure that you check your goods thoroughly. If any damage is identified then replacement items or parts will be ordered and delivered as soon as possible.
If the goods are not delivered or installed by our team for whatever reason please ensure that all items are checked and any damage is reported within 2 days to ensure that we can obtain replacements or replacement parts which will be delivered as soon as possible. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage reported after that time.
